Chief Executive Office
As the CEO of Hexa, Dipal leads with a blend of visionary leadership, strategic acumen, and a passion for cultivating talent. With a diverse background spanning various industries, he brings a wealth of experience in team management and business development to the table.
Dipal’s primary focus at Hexa is driving growth through a commitment to assembling top talent and fostering a unified vision and work ethic. He believes that success begins and ends with the people involved, and he is dedicated to empowering individuals within the organization to achieve their full potential.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dipal finds joy in exploring the world with his family, engaging in a range of sports activities, and delving into the complexities of fundamental physics. His favorite mantra, ‘Do hard things,’ reflects his belief in the transformative power of tackling challenges head-on and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Carmen Negron
Vice President
With a seasoned background in design and construction, Carmen excels in her role as VP of Design, Construction, Operations, and Property Management at Hexa. Her extensive experience not only enhances the aesthetic standards of Hexa’s brands but also ensures the successful culmination of complex construction projects. As a pivotal figure in operations, Carmen fosters a collaborative atmosphere that aligns with the group’s culture and mission, promoting a unified team spirit.
Carmen’s passion for design permeates every aspect of her life. She finds continual inspiration in the environments she encounters, both through her professional engagements and personal journeys. Beyond her professional life, Carmen is a dedicated mother to three remarkable sons and a cherished French Bulldog named Oliver. She lives in New Jersey with her husband.
Tricia Ursino
Vice President
As the Vice President of Hexa, Tricia utilizes her extensive experience in hospitality, sales, and administration to oversee key departments such as HR, Accounting, Legal, Development, Sales, and Finance. In addition to her executive duties, Tricia serves as the licensed Real Estate Broker of Record for the Hexa Group. She skillfully encourages her team to learn, develop, and create, steering Hexa’s projects from conception to delivery and aligning with the company’s vision. Tricia’s guiding principle, “It’s not linear,” reflects the often unpredictable nature of business development.
Away from her professional role, Tricia enjoys spending time in Cape May with her family and has a broad appreciation for various music genres. Prioritizing personal growth, she cherishes slowing down to savor precious moments with her son. Tricia firmly believes that maintaining a positive outlook is essential in navigating the myriad challenges of life.
Christopher Regan
Construction Manager
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Christopher excels as a Construction Manager at Hexa. He recently celebrated a major achievement by successfully completing the Raajipo project, an active adult community featuring 115 units, demonstrating his expertise in project management and team leadership. Throughout his tenure at Hexa, Christopher has consistently delivered high-quality work, driving project success and upholding a commitment to excellence.
Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about Italian cuisine, with a particular talent for crafting homemade pasta, which brings a dash of culinary flair to his life outside of construction. Christopher looks forward to further contributing to Hexa’s ongoing growth and success.
Daniel Ferrer
Executive Assistant
At Hexa, Daniel serves as the Executive Assistant, where he provides essential administrative support to both the CEO and senior management. His expertise lies in orchestrating complex schedules, arranging travel logistics, facilitating meetings, and enhancing the efficiency and productivity across diverse projects.
As our organization grows, Daniel’s pivotal role involves maintaining the CEO’s calendar with meticulous precision, ensuring that our leader can concentrate on strategic initiatives and exploring growth opportunities for Hexa. Daniel is known for his proactive and flexible approach, readily embracing new challenges and offering unwavering support to our team in various capacities.
Outside the professional realm, Daniel is passionate about culinary arts, real estate, and global adventures. He is a people person with an insatiable curiosity, always eager to engage in new experiences and broaden his horizons.
